We require individual accountability in expecting all employees to adhere to our safety standards and actively participate in and support the advancement of our safety practices. Safety is the responsibility of all employees, including both top management and our field workers.
Sierra Mountain Construction, Inc. is committed to being a leader in safety training and educating our employees about the safety and health of our work, as well as current safety issues, rules and regulations. We provide industry leading training to our employees in necessary safety standards – i.e. fall protection, excavations, confined space access, heat illness prevention, forklift, aerial lift and rigging/lifting operations, etc. SMCI is committed to setting a new standard in being the safest work place in our industry for the benefit of all our employees, our clients and the communities in which we live and work.
